Years ago this dealership had great customer service in the service department.It's since gone completely in the opposite direction. The last three interactions my wife or I had with this service department in regards to either of our vehicles have been terrible. We will not be returning and urge others to find somewhere else to take their vehicles.

I went along with my Dad who turns 91 this year to meet with Jason and I can only give a 5 STAR rating to Jason. So often we worry about our senior parents being vulnerable to people and businesses but when it comes to Mountain View Dodge, they CARE for their customers and definitely went over the top to help my Dad. THANK YOU and I greatly appreciate your help.
So i work in the industry myself and I am here visiting and always help take care of my grandparents and their expenses.. My grandparents have been bringing their Dodge to this dealership for 6 years and on multiple occasions the service department has been caught overcharging and doing unnecessary things to their vehicle. They sold tires that wore down substantially more than any other brand (no name brand) so that they would have to come back sooner and now recently they went in for an oil change and with me visiting I took a look at the bill. They were getting charged 35% more than any other dealership or oil shop. I called 2 other dealerships and they offered an oil change same vehicle for $110 for synthetic and filters, they charged $170 after tax. They also over quoted a job that is not required to be done. They have lost a very good customer that keeps their vehicles 10+ years and religiously does whatever the service department suggests.
We purchased the ecodiesel truck about a month ago. So far everything is smooth. The people at Mountain View Dodge were nice and friendly. I love the free coffee. The Sales agent, Patsy, lead the deal and made things go smoothly. I was looking for a while and Mountainview dodge is also very competitive in terms of price. So good agent, and good price!!! Nice.
I was accused of being a stalker when one of the sales employees I was in a relationship with for 7 long years lied to her boss and had him call the police on me. Very uncomfortable and highly unprofessional I would not recommend going to this dealership. all of my experience with the whole staff at this dealership was rude and highly offensive.
