As a denturist I have been working with Dr. Ord over the last 6 years and I have always been appreciative of the care and attention to detail that both he and his staff give every patient that I refer to them. I trust that my patients needs are being met and that Dr. Ords expertise will help my patients in restoring their optimal oral health.
We booked with Dr Ord because he had good reviews on Rate MD. The office was clean and pleasant, front staff were cheery, helpful and knowledgeable. My hygienist was as gentle as humanly possible, and a very easy going conversational person. She explained everything very clearly. Dr Ord explained everything very well, was clear about what he wanted to see done, but didn't pressure for anything I didn't see as necessary.
I finally was able to find the dentist I've been seeking out since moving here 3 years ago.
Dr. Ord and all of his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to thoroughly explain everything they did and recommended as well as the reasoning behind it. I felt well informed and confident that I was getting top notch care. Definitely my go-to dentist and hygienist from here on out!Update: my second visit left me more convinced than the first. The hygienist rembered (probably cares enough to take notes) and asked about precious issues and concerns. Very impressed.
Absolute fantastic experience. My boys (1yr and 2yr) who are extremely busy played while I was in and the staff were super with them during the boys check ups!!! Just an over all amazing experience for all!! Would definitely recommend. Brittney was soo knowledgeable and good at her job while the receptionist was kind and welcoming the boys tech was soo good with them and made them excited to be sitting in the chair and talk about teeth. The dentist really made the boys feel important.
