They are renovating so be prepared to look for things in different areas. I'm sure it will look better when it's finished. Asad that they have chopped their yarn shelves to about one quarter the size.
A decent store that is kept clean. & Staff are conspicuously helpful. Till clerks are friendly, respectful and personable. I like the Olds location for the above reasons and for many other reasons to numerous to list here. A good place to shop.
The store is coming along nicely with a floor plan update and new items coming to the shelves. My only point for improvement would be to actually put into practise the 2 foot rule that walmart is promoting - at least smile at your customers as they walk by or if you come within a reasonable distance! I've been ignored and overlooked so many times. If I'm specifically looking at you, I probably need help. Please don't ignore me :)
the store was kinda dirty and the associate who was working customer service had no idea what he was doing I was returning a jacket that I purchased 4 hours earlier for my daughter and when I got home for her to try it on it didn't fit so I wanted to return it. I had the receipt and all of the tags were still on it and the guy told me that he said that I could not return it. finally after 25 mins and me asking him to call a senior staff so that I could speak to the manager finally came to tell him that of course it could be returned. this was completely unnecessary that I had to go through this process and frustration and aggravation for a 20$ jacket.for further time I believe that you should not have someone working customer service who is not properly trained
Almost always a long line up. Not the cashiers fault as they just don't have enough people working. Also, they removed the McDickz, what the heck?
