Wonderful people!! I felt very cared for throughout my pregnancy and then my little girl got lots of love when she arrived & we made our visits. They were also really great when I needed to bring my 2 year old to my appointments, the Drs let him "help" and he got treats too :)
I have recently had 2 children and both pregnancies and postpartum dealing were great with the PCN. I like to fact that you see all the doctors over your time in prenatal appointments. I am easy going so I wasn't concerned about seeing a specific doctor as they are all good.
Wonderful experience throughout entire pregnancy and after-care. As soon as you enter the building, you are treated with respect and the atmosphere is welcoming. The receptionist, nurses and doctors all work diligently to make sure that each and every question is answered and that you feel comfortable and condient. If you have a question or concern in a day in which you don't have an appointment, the staff is wonderful about assisting you over the phone or getting you in to see a doctor, if necessary. Everyone was understanding and helpful when my toddler came to appointments with me and treated him like a valued member. I would gladly recommend the PCN and can't thank them enough for their support and guidance!
Consistently screwing up prescriptions. Or not replying for weeks when they needed refilled. No one ever seems to right anything down to transfer from one doc to the next even though you're supposed to see them all. Rude receptionist on the phone when I called for my wife after the neglected to fill her prescriptions. My wife ended up in the hospital because of these jokers. If possible seek help elsewhere. *Note* they called and asked me to remove my review because of their lack of acknowledgement for the doctors who put my wife through literal hell to the point of multiple hospital visits.
Friendly, caring and professional staff. So far, my experience here has been great!
