Don't go by store hours on the door they are pretty much open whenever they feel like it and don't call for help if something happens to your hot tub because you will just get told to come in when they are open the prices are way higher then you can get anywhere else their nice hot tubs but the customer service sucks

This should be called RIPS OFF. Hired to mount my TV and the 2 guys sent over couldn't find the stud and drilled 4 holes in my wall and would have tried a 3rd time if I had not stopped them. They said the TV would hide the holes after it was mounted. WOW ! They sent a guy to fix the mess but after almost a month of inconvenience to me and hit and miss appointments to repair the wall the work is still not completed. I will hire a professional to get the job done correctly. Would not recommend this company.It's a couple of weeks later and R.I.P.S. has really stepped up to the plate and fixed the wall and mounted my TV properly. Very thankful for their customer service after we were off to a bad start. Thank you very much.
