The best Drs by far Drs Jaco and Ebeth Hoffman are a fantastic team they have looked after me for five years now ,I can be lokOwed after by any Dr at the clinic they always get down to the bottom of the problems. Fantastic keep up the great service.
I HATE coming to this clinic. I only go once a month for an allergy shot and quite often get turned away because "there is no one here that can do it today". I have to come from out of town for this, so this is completely unacceptable. If your nurse that does the shots isn't there, get one of the doctors to do it. They are after all... doctors. I'm sure they can handle it. There is no reason i should be turned away for something so stupid, so often, when there are people there that are MORE THAN CAPABLE of helping me with an injection that takes two minutes.
We went to this clinic to get my sons throat checked, Dr. Schampa, who was wearing a tank top and her bra showing under her arms, looked in my sons mouth for one second and said yep its strept throat, I will write him a prescription for an antibiotic. I said, wait youre not going to take a swab and test him to see if thats it? She looked mad and she said Fine, if you want to let him be in pain till we get the results! And grabbed a swab and quickly swabbed my sons throat, and left the room! We called back several times during the next two weeks for the results and the nurse said there was no file for results for my son! (Btw my son was better 4 or 5 days after the appointment). Seems like this particular Dr likes to push antibiotics without any proof. We will never ever go back to her. Very bad practice (hers) along with Bad bed side manners.

I made an appointment specifically for an extremely deep ingrown hair that I couldnt get out and kept getting infected. When I got into my appointment specifically for it's removal, the doctor barely took one look at it and said "Just put some polysporn on it to keep infections away. I'm not digging around in there." Talk about LAZY and how about, I don't know, maybe try doing your job? I made an appointment to get it removed, why would you waste my time and not help me. On top of that I had been having issues eating for 3 days, I told her it wasn't heartburn, but then she proceeded to prescribe me medication without really telling me anything about it. When I left to go to the drug store, the people at the counter told me it was heartburn medication that I had had before, and stuff that hadn't even worked last time no less. Like it takes two seconds to look at m records and this doctor couldn't be bothered. After this I went to the parkside clinic walk in. Not only did they get me in right away, they took the time to remove my ingrown hair, and prescribe me a medication I hadn't had before (because they bothered to check records), telling me if the issue persists I may have eosinophilic esophagitus.Anyways this by far isnt the first issue I've had with this clinic, but it is the latest. Moral of the story is dont bother with this clinic, go to the parkside one and save youself the time and hassel.
