He was on time, and efficiently fixed our toilet. In fact, I've never seen my toilet work this well. YAY to Francis and I would strongly recommend his services.
The owner fixed a leak in our shower for us and we couldn't be happier with his service; very responsive, quick to set up an appointment, did efficient and thorough work and was very respectful of the space he was working in. We had to cut into drywall for the repair and he made every effort to make it as easy to patch back up as possible. Will definitely hire him again!
