My daughter had a pedicure and a manicure done a week ago. When she showed me her feet I was shocked to see that the nails were still dirty including a few on her hands. Within less then 24 hours the nail polish was coming off her toes. They said it was because she put her socks and shoes back on. They didn't use a lamp to dry them but the girl said she could put them back on.They did try to fix it 2 days later. On top of all that my daughter only has 5 finger nails with polish left on them, they are all peeling. So much for shellac. That is the first and only time we will ever go there. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never had problems with them. It was the worst $100 I have ever spent.
Yesterday was my birthday and what a lovely day getting a pedicure. Amanda was so sweet and personable. I loved the time relaxing and being pampered. Rundlestone has such a calm atmosphere. You can bet I'm going back!!!!!!
I was so happy when Rundlestone opened in Olds. Seemed like a spa you'd find in a bigger centre. LOVE everything about this place: decor, location, staff, services, deals. Yes, they've been through some trying times the past few months but, there's a reason they're a recent Gold Award recipient as voted by customers. First-class salon and spa.
I love the salon and atmosphere. The color line is great. But the turnover in staff is awful and really hard to keep a hairdresser if you find one you like. I've only gone 2 times there and each time I rebook but also both times I have gotten a call saying that hairdresser has left and would you like someone new. This is within a 3 month period!
