Absolutely terrible customer service, wont share policies with customer, and think they can charge different prices than what they discuss on a quote. Very very disappointed in how that can advertise that the customer is always right, however they choose to argue with you... Not very friendly before this incident happened. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this location for parts.. they are over prices anyway... Phoned a place in Edmonton and they were 40 dollars less... Ordered from airdrie at 40 dollars less to.. They don't want to price match to get business so they really dont care about their CUSTOMERS!!! RIP OFF
