I've been chasing a mild vibration in my truck for the last 5 years. After 1.8 million k it came due for a transmission. Kyle ( heavy duty tech ) noticed the yoke near my steady bearing was out of phase.Only 2 splines but enough to cause the vibration. He saw this as he was putting the driveshaft back in. After 3 years of having other shops look for the issue I finally gave up. Thanks for the quick turnaround and finding the driveline issue !
Can't Thank these guys enough!! Blew a wheel bearing on our RV as we drove into Olds on a Friday afternoon of a Long Weekend. Got a hold of Mark & the crew and they made our worst situation ever.....disappear!! They dropped a job in progress to get us attended to and on our way in a couple of hours.
