Olds Best western was terrific! Rooms neat and clean, staff very pleasant. Accommodations were great! Highly recommend the Olds Best Western!

Parking at back for trucks and trailers. Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The cafe( Boston Pizza) was very friendly and great food. the hotel is very easy to find.

Very disorganized front desk. New person working in the morning who didn't know how to check me in. Had to call someone to help him. While he was on the phone, he wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying or had said. My request for ground floor was not honored as promised when I made the reservation. Stayed two nights, housekeeping couldn't seem to find my room on the second day. Definitely a last resort place to stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Nice renovated rooms. The pool is great too, very classy with cedar. The people working there were the shining stars of this hotel though.

Hotel is dated but clean and the front desk reception was amazing very friendly and helpful. My issue with this hotel is the price they charged. I had attempted to book the hotel for sometime as I was participating in the Ride to Conquer Cancer - the hotel was sold out, though a friend had a room I could share. I made one last attempt the day before and a room opened up - so I grabbed it. I had known the price of my friends room and mistakenly did not ask the price. The same room ended up being almost a $100 more! I understand law of supply and demand - however $270 for a Very dated room - hairdryer would not work due to electrical -in a small town is robbery.
