The Ramada Olds is incredible understanding! I was cycling with my team for the Ride to Conquer Cancer this past weekend. Halfway through the ride, the organizers cancelled it because of the deteriorating air quality issue and health risks it poses to cyclists. We were hours from our check-in at the Ramada and I called and explained the situation. The manager - Erin - was completely understanding and cancelled our room AT NO COST! We were well within the 24 hour no-charge cancellation time. So thank you Ramada Olds for being so understanding. We will certainly stay with you next year.
Classy. Nothing like some mold and previously kicked in doors. Heater did not work properly at all. Had to unplug if you didn't want to live in an African safari. Staff was wonderful. They were truly amazing. It's more an issue of standards with upkeep of the hotel. Everything else was fine. Super staff. I just prefer not staying in a crack house. Ramada will no longer be first on my list to look for after this one. Was beyond loyal up unto this one.
Linda at the front desk was fantastic! Always a smile on her face! The rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of plugs for electronics. The breakfast bar was delicious and fresh every morning. Everything was replenished quickly when it was empty.We would return to this motel at anytime. All the staff were friendly and very happy to see you
Nice clean hotel. Wifi is good. Breakfast is good. And staff are.very friendly. And care about their guests
Very nice location, exceptionally clean inside and out. Desk staff are very nice and solved an issue for me quickly and went above and beyond. The pool is wonderfully relaxing. The staff all smile and say hello, that speaks volumes.
